All other items will ship at a $10.95 Flat Rate fee. We will never ship this less than ground service. Items that qualify for free shipping will be shipped the best way for us. We will ship whichever method you choose when possible. You should see your items at your door in 1-5 days in the USA. We will ship either UPS, Ontrac or United States Postal Service. Most Transfer Flow tanks are subject to Freight Charges. Freight charges may be processed after delivery once the final amount is received by the carrier. For Freight or oversized packages additional charges may occur. We could possibly ship UPS, USPS, or another way. We reserve the right to ship the 'Best Way' without delaying the item getting to the destination. Free shipping will be for all orders in the USA, Lower 48 totaling over $200 not including Tax and after discounts. Special order items vary on time frames but we will let you know to the best of our ability. If we do not have this in stock, we will contact you via email what the time frame will be to have your tank in our hands. In all other cases, merchandise will be shipped as soon as possible. Whenever possible, all orders will be shipped the same day as ordered. What are my option for shipping items in the USA? However, you're welcome to return the item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want in exchange. We currently do not offer an exchange program. You'll need to pay for the shipping back to us unless it was an error on our end. Merchandise must be in an unworn, unused condition with original packaging and original tags attached. We accept returns of items within (30) days of receipt. Items maybe subject to a 20% restock fee. Please contact us for an RMA number prior to sending it back.
